Dayna is a Physiotherapist who is passionate about paediatrics and helping kiddos and their families reach their therapeutic goals. She personalizes each treatment for your kiddo’s needs and makes physio F-U-N!
Dayna completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at University of Toronto. Since, she has participated in numerous continuing education opportunities including CME (Cuevas Medek Exercises) Level 1 - a therapy specifically for children with impacted motor development. She also has post-graduate education in movement analysis and Partner in Health training through the Special Olympics.
Dayna loves working with children of all ages and abilities. She is excited to help you and your little one reach their potential whether that be meeting a new motor milestone, promoting strength and mobility, recovering from an injury, etc.

Nicole brings a wealth of experience working with kids of all abilities, and it shows in the fun, energetic way she approaches therapy. Whether through play or movement, she’s always finding creative ways to help children reach their goals. A quick learner who’s constantly adding new tools to her toolbox, Nicole is all about making therapy a positive and uplifting experience. Her blend of empathy, expertise, and enthusiasm makes every session feel like a step toward something great! In her spare time, Nicole loves to travel, hike, play tennis and knit.

Meet Zoe!
Zoe is very excited to be a part of The Hive team! She is a registered OT who Zoe had the unique experience of obtaining her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in Scotland, before returning to Toronto to pursue her career. Zoe is passionate about collaborating with children and their families to achieve meaningful goals. Zoe is so passionate about being an OT, and believes in the importance of using a skills-based and individualized approach with each client. She is known for her adaptability when working with kids, and being an empathetic, holistic therapist. Zoe has many years of experience working with children. She is well versed in Sensory Integration, among other approaches, and uses this framework in her practice and to support her clients. When not working as an OT, Zoe is is a foodie who loves to travel!

Meet Ealu!
Ealu is a registered Occupational Therapist who always strives to work with kiddos’ inherent strengths and curiosity to reach their goals! She uses her vast OT knowledge and sense of playfulness to meet every child where they are. She completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science at the University of Toronto. She has additional training in Handwriting Without Tears, Zones of Regulation, and sensory processing. Meet Raquel!
As an Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto, Raquel is deeply committed to supporting children in recognizing and embracing their unique strengths and abilities. She has years of experience working with children as a swimming instructor, camp counsellor, and rock climbing instructor for children of various abilities. These experiences have also shaped her approach to therapy, enabling her to create a fun, active, strengths-focused and supportive environment for all children. She is passionate about providing family-centred, tailored interventions that support each child’s unique needs. Her goal is to help children and families navigate challenges while fostering independence and confidence. In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching reality TV, going for walks along the boardwalk at The Beach and playing with my new puppy Archie! Meet Katey!
Katey is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and went on to complete a Master’s of Clinical Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Western University. Katey is passionate about supporting children of all ages and abilities through play-based therapy focused on articulation, motor speech, language, and AAC. Katey loves to learn new things and is constantly seeking more information that will allow her to develop novel strategies to meet the needs of varying children. Katey is PROMPT (PROMPTs for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) trained and NLA (Natural Language Acquisition) trained. She has also completed advanced coursework focused on parent-training and providing strategies for late talkers. Outside of work, Katey loves to play volleyball, read books, and spend time with her family dogs.

She has been such an asset to the team, as she is able to combine her experience working as a community OT in disability and mental health, with her background and work in early childhood education. Madalina’s OT skillset has grown her passion of enabling kiddos to grow and thrive. She takes a holistic, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach in her practice and is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care and mental health. Her training has equipped her to work with a diverse range of conditions, from injuries to neurological disorders. She has a lot of experience working with the pediatric population including babies, toddlers, and teens. She always prioritizes and creates personalized treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs. Sam firmly believes that every kiddo deserves to live an independent, fulfilling life, and am committed to supporting my patients in achieving that.
